Policies and Studio Guidlines
PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING
At The Pink Lady Esthetics each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized, high quality experience. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
Cards are not charged at the time of booking, but are required to enforce cancellation and no-show policies.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be processed due to a declined, expired, or invalid card, the balance will remain outstanding.
Future appointments cannot be booked or honored until all balances are paid in full.
After two failed payment attempts, memberships or packages may be automatically voided, and any prior payments will be forfeited.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled to maintain the integrity of the schedule.
If rescheduling is required, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.
Packages & Memberships
All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation and no-show policies apply to all package and membership appointments.

Each service time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments directly impact a small business. Thank you for honoring these policies and allowing me to continue delivering exceptional care and results.
