Policies and Studio Guidlines

PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING

At The Pink Lady Esthetics each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized, high quality experience. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Card on File

  • A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.

  • Cards are not charged at the time of booking, but are required to enforce cancellation and no-show policies.

Failed or Declined Payments

  • If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be processed due to a declined, expired, or invalid card, the balance will remain outstanding.

  • Future appointments cannot be booked or honored until all balances are paid in full.

  • After two failed payment attempts, memberships or packages may be automatically voided, and any prior payments will be forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled to maintain the integrity of the schedule.

  • If rescheduling is required, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.

Packages & Memberships

  • All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellation and no-show policies apply to all package and membership appointments.

Each service time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments directly impact a small business. Thank you for honoring these policies and allowing me to continue delivering exceptional care and results.
