How do i book an appointment?
You can book directly through my online booking site. A deposit of 20% and card on file is required to reserve the appointment.
Do I need Consulation?
Yes, every first-time client must have a consultation. Consultations can be done same day of appointment. You may book the facial (recommended: The Pink Lady Signature) and then reach out directly to me via social media or text 716-534-8711. I will then add in the consultation for you. Any questions before booking please reach out to me directly.

What should I do before a facial?
Come with clean skin if possible (totally okay if you have makeup on).
Avoid exfoliating 48 hours before.
Avoid retinol for 3-4 days.
Drink plenty of water before your appointment.
What Should I expect during my facial?
Your service is fully customized. Expect double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), treatment mask, targeted serums, and finishing products tailored to your skin type and concerns.
how often should I get a facial?
Every 4-6 weeks for best results. clients working on acne or pigmentation may come more frequently in the beginning.
Do you work with sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes! I specialize in gentle, corrective skincare and I’m trained as a Face Reality Certified Acne Expert for acne-safe treatments and homecare.
What is the pink lady signature facial?
It’s a fully customized = glow boosting facial designed for relaxation + results. Includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and a targeted treatment based on your skin’s needs.
What is nano infusion?
Nano Infusion uses tiny silicone or metal pyramids to push serums or chemical treatments deeper into the skin- no needles, no downtime. It improves hydration, texture, and overall glow. Perfect alternative to microneedling.
Do you offer Brazilian waxes?
Yes! I offer full body waxing, including Brazilians. I use a gentle, high quality hard wax to ensure a smoother, less painful experience.
How do i prep for a brazilian wax?
Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (typically about 2-3 weeks of growth)
Exfoliate 24-48 hours before.
Avoid caffeine before your appointment to reduce sensitivity.
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination smooths and lifts the brows for a fuller, fluffier look. It can last 6-8 weeks and includes shaping. Tint can be added to the services at an extra cost.
what is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No shows or late cancellations will result in a 50% fee.
what forms of payments do you accept?
I accept card, Apple Pay, and Cash.
Are your skincare products safe for pregnacy/breastfeeding?
Yes- most products are safe, but some ingredients may need substitutions. Please let me know before your appointment so I can adjust your treatment.
Can I get a Facial if Im using acne medication?
Yes, but please let me know what you’re using. We may need to adjust exfoliation, retinoids, or certain treatments to keep your skin safe.
